Kiprop is a licensed Lawyer and HR Practitioner with extensive experience in both the Government and Private Sector dealing specifically in Corporate Governance, Statutory Compliance for Boards of Directors and Corporates, Public Private Partnerships, Pension management and Human Resource Consulting.
She advises on Human Resource and Compliance (Drafting Policies, Contracts), Statutory Compliance, Corporate Advisory to Boards of Management and Corporate Clients. She develops good governance documentations (Board Charters) and undertakes Audits (Corporate Governance and Legal Audits).
Maureen is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration (International Business Management) and MBA (Human Resource) and Certified Secretaries, Finalist exams.
