CSR is an executive function of the firm, and this Policy shall apply to all the
activities that are not ordinarily the “core business” of Bellmac consulting LLP, which involves expending resources in aid of the society and the environment around which we operate.

Policy Brief

At Bellmac Consulting LLP, we define Corporate Social Responsibility as follows:

  • Conducting business in a socially responsible and ethical manner;
  • Protecting the environment and the safety of people;
  • Supporting human rights; and
  • Engaging, learning from, respecting and supporting the communities and cultures within which we work.

Bellmac Consulting LLP is committed to be recognized as a leader in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility and recognizes that in doing so, we will add significant value for our shareholders.


This Policy is applicable to all directors, officers and employees of the firm. All contractors, subcontractors and individuals acting in any capacity for or on behalf of the company should be made aware of the CSR Policy. All companies in the firm’s supply chain are encouraged to adopt the CSR Policy as best practice guidance for their own businesses with the aim of ensuring consistent sustainable operational practices.

Leaders are to act as role models by incorporating these considerations into decision-making in all business activities. The firm’s, leaders are to ensure that appropriate organizational structures are in place to effectively identify, monitor, and manage Corporate Social Responsibility issues and performance relevant to our business.
