Clemence is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and is a Certified Secretary (CS).
She has experience in governance advisory and company secretarial matters and has been involved in board compliance, corporate restructuring, corporate insolvency, board trainings, corporate advisory and legal due diligence, preparing Board Charters and complex corporate documents.
She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), the Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya (ICS) and is a Certified Professional Mediator MTI East Africa (CPM).
